Cancellations & Refunds:

Cancellation on any orders must be confirmed with Kitchen Bath and All, prior to shipping of the order.
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the actual return shipping charges.
Re-stocking fees & return charges will apply if a cancellation request is received after an order has shipped.
All orders must be inspected at the time received and report any damages within 24 hours of the order received.
Some carriers do not want to wait for our items to be inspected as some are crated in a wooden box, we need to ensure that our customers are aware of inspection upon arrival, we strongly recommend having customer state on POD; Driver does not have time for me to inspect and sign POD as “Subject to Inspection Possible Damage”. However, if there is visible damage, please refuse order.
We strongly recommend having customer inspect items as some are in a wooden crate. Some items require extra pallet to minimize damage from carrier, we try to protect our items as much possible.
All new orders must have an email address, our carriers would email customer instructions of delivery appointment.
Damage claims information.
Please note, to have a claim file on damage orders there are some steps that need to be followed.
1- Signed proof of delivery (carrier delivery document)
2-Pictures of outside of the crate (any scrapes damage outside of crate)
3-Pictures of damage Item (countertop and vanity)
A full inspection should be done prior to requesting a replacement.
Once all information is provided, we will advise if customer would require a full replacement or a partial replacement.
Please note we only have only 24 hours to submit a claim with carrier; any delay on damage pictures requested or to notified within the first 24 hours of received would void any claim, and we would not be able to provide a replacement free of charge.
IMPORTANT CLAIM NOTICE:
Customer must hold damage item until claims is completed, this may take up to 3 months depending on claim insurance company.
Claims department will advise if they pick up item or if they will provide authorization to field destroy.
Damage items may not be disposed without authorization.
Any disposal without authorization, we will not be liable for full cost of damage item.
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send description and photos to returns@kbatha.com
The original credit card will be credited after the returned item is received. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.
