Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail or SMS text with your Confirmation Order Number. This means that we have received your order in our system and charged your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will credit your account and reach out to you via e-mail. Shipment will be arranged within 5 business days. You will receive a email or SMS text with 24 hours with the Tracking Number.
Order Shipment:
We will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address or SMS text to the number you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@kbatha.com.
Please Note: Shipments via Freight - LTL Shipment will be delivered Curbside. Immediate inspection of the product is required.
Please also review Shipping Information for the product you order. If LTL shipment required, the product will be delivered "Curbside".
Inspect Shipment:
Your item is carefully inspected for each item prior to shipment to ensure that our customers receive our products in excellent condition. Items are shipped often on a custom wooden crate with integrated pallets, high foam base for impact (drops), anti-tipping metal L-brackets & metal corner protector.
Upon receipt of your order, please inspect the packaging for any signs of visible damage. Mark down specifically the area & type of damages before signing off on the receipt. Carriers damage liability policy states that we MUST have all customers inspect all items upon arrival with the driver present. Any visible signs of damages externally (wooden crate packaging) or internally (items inside) must be noted on the POD (proof of delivery).
If driver does not let the customers inspect item upon delivery; then have the customer state on the POD that “driver does not want to wait for inspection, possible damage item inside.” If the wooden crate shows extreme damaged, please notate the damage with the carrier and refuse it & email your corresponding dealer where you purchased immediately. Also, have the customer inspect the pallet wooden blocks to notate if the carriers removed the anti-tipping metal L-brackets (4-6). All items must be inspected within the hour of delivery and damages must be reported to your dealer the same day of delivery so we can have time to report it to the carriers within 24 hours.
We understand that inspection takes time to have our customers inspect as you will need tools (flat head screwdriver & gloves) to uncrate the wooden top & side panels to pry up the metal clasps. Unfortunately, we are required to abide by the carrier’s damage liability policy.
Damage Claim: Please report damages immediately, and no later than 24 hours after receipt of your delivery. We must abide to the carrier’s time frame to a file a damage or concealed claim. Any signs of damages, please refuse delivery immediately. Carriers will only accept conceal (internal) damage claims within the first 24 hours of receipt. Failure to report any damages after this timeframe, you (buyer) will be responsible for any applicable replacement and/or shipping fees.
If the driver will not let you inspect or you are unable to inspect the shipment please write on the POD (proof of delivery) paperwork , “Subject to inspection, possibly concealed damage.”
Any submitted damages must be saved/held until said claim is finalized with the appropriate carrier for disposition/disposal. This could take up to 140 days. Disposing the item before claim is approved can void the claim for the item and no credit will be provide to dealer. Applicable credit will be given after claim is finalized. After the claim has been completed, disposal of item would be at customers discretion.
Freight: Curbside Delivery only. Remote areas that are defined by a professional & licensed carrier are subject to additional delivery fees. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to the following areas: Canada, Guam, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, and the Virgin Islands. Please note we cannot ship to a PO Box address.
