Refund policy

Return & Refund Policy: You may return an item within 30 days of receipt, contingent upon a return approval by Kitchen Bath & All.  Items MUST be in their original packaging and original condition. We will process a credit or refund after we receive the items back to our facility undamaged. We encourage that you insure your return shipment back to us. A restocking fee of 25% & shipping fees will be applied to all returns that are not considered defects (see warranty). If an item is found damaged when returned to our facility, the 25% restocking fee, shipping fees, and the full cost of the item will be applied. Custom orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
